The Scottish Ambulance Service serves all of Scotland and is a Special Health Board funded directly by the Health Department of the Scottish Executive. They are the frontline of the NHS in Scotland and cover the largest geographic area of any ambulance service in the UK. |

Mallaig RNLI | The
RNLI aims to save lives by changing attitudes and behaviour among people
who use the sea regularly. RNLI lifeguards patrol more than
100 beaches in the UK in peak season and assisted almost 10,000
people last year.

Cramond Boat Club | The
Cramond Boat Club has its Clubhouse and moorings at the mouth of the River
Almond, only 4 miles from the centre of Edinburgh. The
Club caters for all types of small craft, including dinghies, small
cruisers and motorboats.

SPORTident | SPORTident
equipment is used worldwide to identify, time and score competitors in
many different types of event. The competitor carries a small electronic
SI-Card. This is dipped into electronic stations, which are located at
each checkpoint. At task based events the SI-Card may be used to record
successful completion of a task. The SI-Card stores a list of the
locations and the times they were visited.

Botterills Convenience Store | Botterills
is a chain of convenience stores selling fruit, vegetables, convenience
food, wine, beers, cigarettes and newspapers. They also sell Lotto
tickets, mobile top up cards and national phonecards. They are part of the
Spar Scotland chain.
