John Watson back on the pace in Glencoe!

The last time John Watson took part in 70 Wild Miles he was 50 years of age, now at the age of 63, John surprised even himself, by beating his own time from 13 years ago! Coming in 12th overall in the solo event is a tremendous achievement and just demonstrates just how hard John trains when he is motivated.

As passionate as ever about 70 Wild Miles and its purpose, John pulled out all the stops in difficult circumstances in Glencoe. Together with all who took part, for this extremely important cause, regardless of where they finished in the event, CLIC Sargent are deeply grateful for their efforts. The competitor’s determination will go a long way to helping the children affected by cancer in this country.

The event exists only because of the goodwill and commitment from its army of helpers. We can’t ever thank you all enough for making it all possible!
