This
year saw the introduction of relay teams, and the increase in the number
of individuals able to take part may have had something to do with the total
raised doubling over the previous year and the Charities getting a total
of £16,000. Andrew Cuthbertson was the winning man and Karen Hogg led the women home for the third year in a row - apparently, there were suggestions in the bar that she be awarded the head timekeeper to keep as a prize but they couldn't get rid of him that easily. |
